1. Your vehicle has a charge limit set and your battery is at or above the limit.
Most EVs limit the battery to 80% by default to extend the health of the battery. Please check your vehicles manual for how to change this setting.
2. You have scheduled charging enabled.
Most vehicles let you set a schedule to prevent the vehicle from charging during times of higher electrical cost. Please check your vehicles manual for how to change this setting.
After these settings have been changed, please unplug the charger, wait 15 seconds, reconnect the car and start a new session.
