In testing we have found some Kia and Hyundai vehicles may stop charging if the speed is above ~7kWh. You can lower the charging speed in your by following the steps below.
1. Enter the "EV" Menu. This can be done by pressing on the vehicle in the center of the screen of the EV option from the app list.
2. Select Charging Current from the left side. Set to Reduced or Minimum and check the charging rate on the car or charger to confirm it's ~7kWh or lower. The app may take up to 1 minute to reflect the current charging speed.
